Our acquisition model focuses on proven producing fields with extensive infrastructure, existing wells for immediate cash flow, and upside through additional drilling, recompletion and/or reworks.
East Texas/North Louisiana
East Texas/North Louisiana is our largest producing region with operations focused in the Haynesville and Bossier shales. Our acreage position consists of 97,800 net acres primarily located in DeSoto and Caddo Parishes in Louisiana and in Harrison, Panola, Shelby, San Augustine and Nacogdoches Counties in Texas and is predominantly held-by-production.
South Texas
We acquired assets in the South Texas region in July 2013 focused on the Eagle Ford shale that included 120 producing wells and undeveloped acreage. As of June 30, 2015, our position in this region consists of 65,900 net acres located in Zavala, Dimmit and Frio Counties, Texas and is 80% held-by-production.
Appalachia
We have a geographically diverse position in the Appalachia region spanning 50 counties with operations focused on the Marcellus shale and shallow conventional targets. Our acreage position consists of 281,000 net acres with approximately 149,000 of these net acres prospective for the Marcellus shale and is 80% held-by-production.
